Went for a haircut on March 9/19, Girl only cut half a side. Went back on March 22/19.
Was told that I only had a one week guarantee. I told her I lived 3 hours away and I only come to town every 2 weeks or so. They told me I had to pay for another haircut. I think this is unfair because I love very far away.
I have been going to the same First Choice for the last 20 years. This is very unacceptable customer service!!!

The replies to these legitimate complaints are so very rude and childish.
Let me see you don't feel like you have to follow the rules and you cannot use common sense and yet you refer to grown women as girls? You are the one acting childish.
If anyone should be referred to as "girl" it should be you.If you really did not like your haircut you should have had them change it right then and there.
Looks like you just changed your mind and are acting like a child because they refused to give you your haircut for free. The only "girl" here is you for acting like you are 7 years old.
